Sandra, a native of Dearborn, MI, moved to South Carolina in 1986 to attend Bob Jones University. Her journey in event and wedding planning began by directing sports and school events for her three sons, along with multiple church functions. Sandra holds a B. Ed. in Middle School Social Studies & Language Arts from the University of South Carolina and served as a teacher with Greenville County Schools from 2009-2020. Her true passion lies in wedding and event planning, leading to the establishment of Moore Family Affairs LLC in 2015. This serves as the mother company for Big Day Event Services, The Venue at Falls Park, and Park Place Luxe. Sandra runs all three businesses alongside her children and their wives, with the overarching goal of providing the best experience for each and every client. Hiley, Sandra’s daughter-in-law, is on her way to becoming the up-and-coming Wedding Planner of the Upstate. A graduate of Mauldin High School, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2023. Though her academic journey took a different path, Hiley discovered her passion for event and wedding planning, and she is now our upcoming Wedding Planner.
