Whether you are planning your event at The Venue at Falls Park, Park Place Luxe or any other venue in the Upstate, Big Day Event Services has everything you will need for the perfect big day!

Our packages listed below are a “Guide to what can be.” Each package includes everything you will need for 100 guests. They are totally customizable to your needs/wants, guest count, and budget size. If there is something in a package you do not want, we can take it off. If there is something in another package that you want, we can add it. So many options and choices to help you have your dream wedding!

The White House

 

Wedding Planner/Crew

Your Professional Planner will design your floor plan, create your timeline, coordinate with vendors, decorate, clear tables, bus bar items, run your rehearsal, direct the wedding, breakdown at the end of your event.

DJ

Marvel Entertainment Group DJ Marvel will provide ceremony music, microphones, cocktail hour/dinner music, and dance party music. You will complete a DJ workbook so you are guaranteed music that you love–custom playlist. Also included are lighting trees, professional set up, and uplighting at no additional charge.

Guest Parking

10 pre-reserved guest parking spaces. Amount can decrease/increase up until the day before.

Beer & Wine Open Bar
  • 5 hour service
  • Your choice of 5 domestic beers and 4 wines.
  • Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite Ginger Ale.
Security

A security guard is required by the City when alcohol is served. $75 per hour for 5 hours. The venue will provide the service.

Flowers Customized to your style/colors
  • We will design your flowers based on your photos of inspiration. These are totally customizable to your specific needs/numbers.
  • 1-ceremony swag, 6 aisle markers
  • 1-bridal bouquet
  • 5-bridesmaid bouquets
  • 9-Boutonnieres
  • 4-Corsages, wristlets, or nosegays
  • 13-table centerpieces
  • Loose flowers for cake
  • Welcome sign swag
Linens, Chairs, China, Flatware, Table decor

Tables and chairs for 100 guests

You can choose your linen colors, china setting, flatware, glassware, table decor such as glass cylinders with floating candles, votives, taper candles, pillar candles, lanterns, and so much more.

We will assist you in making tasting appointments and meetings so you can find the best vendor team for you.

  • Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite Ginger Ale. Assorted mixers and bar fruit.
  • *Glass barware included for The Venue at Falls Park and Park Place Luxe clients ONLY. All bar packages can be upgraded to glass barware for additional fees.

    $5 per person price-point. Let us know your idea and we will order, assemble and display your guest favor. Includes a sign.

    16’ x 16’ your choice of black/white squares/dark wood, white, light wood

    Photo booth

    360 or backdrop photo area, includes props, album, personalized monogram on printed photos. Gold or Silver backdrop 

    Cigar & Whiskey Package 

    Wedding parties can enjoy their package before the ceremony during the “hurry up and wait” period, or sometime during the reception. The setup will include ashtrays, cutters, lighters, whiskey/bourbon samples, whiskey glasses, and ice.

    Golf cart Beck/call driver

    12 hour service. Includes a calling card for your guests to pick up at the guestbook table. Will take you and your guests to and from the venue to any Hotel on Main Street from the Hyatt to Embassy Suites. 

    Boxwood greenery wall 

    Choose to use as 2 separate walls 4’ x 8ft or 1 larger walls 8’ x 16’ to put flowers and neon signs, etc. on them.
