Bar Packages
Big Day Event Services offers all bar services needed for your event.
All bar packages are priced per person, and include plastic cups. Clients can upgrade to glass barware for additional fees. Sodas, mixers, ice, garnishes, stirrers, and beverage napkins are also included.
Signature drinks can be added to the Basic Open Bar and Top Shelf Open Bar for a $75 one-time charge for each recipe guaranteed ingredients, and are served for 1 hour during cocktail hour ONLY. Signature drinks served all night would be an additional $3 per person added to your package.
*Pricing, purchasing & serving of alcohol is based on the national average of 2 drinks being consumed per hour per person x 3/5 hours of service.

*Clients of Park Place Luxe who book a Bar Service option with Big Day Event Services will receive a glass barware upgrade to include 200 of each: rocks, wine, champagne, pilsner, and highball glasses. All bar packages can be upgraded to glass barware for additional fees.

General Rules
A 22% service fee and applicable sales taxes are added to all of the bar packages.
When a bar service package is reserved a security guard fee will be added to your package for $250 for 5 hours. If additional hours of bar service are added to your package, then you will be charged an additional $50 per hour.
All guests consuming alcoholic beverages must be at least 21 years of age.
